Interior design is the core service presented by MASSAR and here were refer to ID in a prodder sense that integrates architectural planning, space optimization, function utilization and customizing tailored furniture solution that would enable optimum usage of the space.
Our design service is usually presented over the following stages:
1.1 – Site survey
Our team of surveyors will visit the site and develop an as-built drawing as well as a complete case study of the site under current conditions
1.2 – Mood boards
Mood boards are then presented to the client showing variety of design approaches in different styles in order to define the mood the client would like to reflect in his property
1.3 -Outlining goals and deliverables
A kick-off meeting is held to outline the chosen design approach and set a road map for the expected time frame and the related deliverabls.
1.4 – Architectural layout
An architectural lay-out is then developed within the agreed on design approach showing our proposed plans and ideas for the space in question.
1.5 – Preliminary design presentation
Thru hand sketches, 3D renders and image collage a preliminary design presentation is developed in order to confirm the proposed ideas are fitting with the client’s requirements
1.6 – Final design presentation & 3D renders
Final design boards are then developed with complete 3D renders showing every specific detail in all the major spaces. Secondary spaces are presented thru CAD drawings also bearing all details and specifications.
1.7 – Complete construction documents package
A complete package of construction &tender documents is then developed containing every possible detail for the contractor including:
– BOQ for all finishing materials
– Finishing schedules
– Door and window schedules
– Architectural fitting and hardware schedules
